Payment & Cancellation Policy
After completion of your registration
you will be redirected to the payment page. Only after completion of
payment you are registered. No registration when disrupting payment!
Cancellations with a refund request must be sent to
email@example.com and must be accompanied by a
valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the
organising committee. If accepted, cancellations by April 1, 2022 will
be refunded 50% of the total costs; no refunds will be
provided if cancellation are made after April 1, 2022.
