Payment Policy

Early bird registration: payment should be made within 4 weeks after registration. If your payment has not been received within those 4 weeks your online registration will be cancelled!

Membership of IABR has an annual fee of €25 for students and €50 for non-students. Application for memberships can be send to Marco Freek (marco.freek@i-med.ac.at). Please note that registration for the 2018 Breath Summit is already possible as IABR membership will be confirmed and verified afterwards.

Regular registration: payment should be made within 1 week after registration. If your payment has not been received within one week your online registration will be cancelled!

Accommodation: Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with a refund request must be sent to f.defauwes@maastrichtuniversity.nl and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising committee. If accepted, cancellations before April 22nd, 2018 will be refunded 50% of the total costs; no refunds will be provided if cancellation are made after April 22nd, 2018.
