Payment & Cancellation and Policy

Payment Policy

Registration: payment should be made within 1 week after registration. If your payment has not been received within one week your online registration will be cancelled!

Accommodation: Accommodation is not included in the registration fee, but with online registration you can request accommodation at additional costs.  When booking a double room the roommate must register within 4 days also requesting a double room specifying your name, else the full price for the double room will be charged to the single registrant.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with a refund request must be sent to and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising committee. If accepted, cancellations before January 1, 2018 will be refunded 50% of the total costs; no refunds will be provided if cancellation are made after January 1, 2018.
